In the UK education before the age of 19 is free, so i went to cellege for free, seeing as how we finish high school at 16 (some indivisuals may be 17) i completed my whole course before the age of 19, and now i AM 19, im self employed running my own business. pretty neat i think = ] sorry i cant answer your question in a US point of view, but that is our english schooling...
