Is September the best time to refinance my home, I want to bring it up to $700,000?
My home is currently worth $550,000 as of last year but houses on my block go for around the early $700,000's. My housen is falling behind a little and needs work.My home is very nice and in in a upper income community but I don't know if Early september is the best time.I was going to ask this in the real estate section but the section is virtuially emptyMe and my husnband can definately afford it, we have a household income of $116,000.I live in south Brookhaven, NY on Long Island, houses EASILY run this high, but this neighborhood is nicer than most of the South shore, I don't lie about things like that.I THINK " RICH WHITE GIRL" IS JEALOUS BECAUSE HER TRAILER ONLY RUNS FOR $22,000AMY, me and my husbands COMBINED household income equal 116k, get a life.

Hi I just refinanced my mortgage and it closed a week and a half ago. I refinanced with the same company, went online and it showed the new loan on there with the first payment. It also showed the old loan showing a payment.
