Question: What are swingers looking for in private house parties?

We want to host private swingers parties at our house and are looking for ways to set us apart from the others. What do you look for in a swingers party? What kind of amenities are important.. ie hot tub, pool, food, no single males, etc. We have a very private, secluded 3700 sq foot home with lots of parking, but we don't have a hot tub or pool. If you are a swinger who attends parties we would greatly appreciate your input.

You need to keep in all very private indeed becasue it might look as if your running a business. you can run singles nights - couples nights - bi nights - a pool in snot importants but some showers facility is - maybe hot tub - if you looking into this big time consider the fact that most swingers clubs do not have an alcohol licence - maybe people can bring their own video s and poorn on teh big screen tv maybe private rooms - darks rooms and couple rooms - have you considered who is going to clean up afterwards / ie dirty condoms ect er - hope i get an invite xxx

You need a lot of rooms and lots of ppl because it's the people that make it fun however if you want to host these things you should look into getting a hot tub
