Question: Why do we insist that men like tiger woods apologize for their private sex lives?

I DON'T OWN MY HUSBAND. My husband can have sex with whomever he wants, if/ when he demonstrates the desire to do so. In fact, I love seeing him with other women. Because I am a sexually confident woman in this way, my husband is more turned on by me than any other woman out there. He is blown away, and completely in love. Women just don't get it: Most men cheat on their wives and leave them BECAUSE they feel suffocated and tethered. Demonstrate CONFIDENCE and give them TRUE FREEDOM and they will never leave your side. We have been happily married 11 years.

Tiger's apology had to do with one thing only: MONEY. 1. He stands to make a LOT more money from endorsements now, because he can say that he has shown that he is truly sorry (made a real show out of it.) 2. He will lose millions of dollars LESS than he was going to lose to his wife when she finally divorces him, because he gets to say that he publicly apologized, and he also publicly claimed she never beat him (which she certainly did).

I am totally unaware of asking anyone to apologise for their private or otherwise sex lives. re Tiger Woods, he might be a good golfer but his public apology, I have never watched such an unconvincing performance, he would never make an actor. your comments on how to treat a husband are 100% right.

I never insisted on him doing it because I don't care, it's his wife that has to be humiliated and deal with him. If you believed in fidelity, you wouldn't want your husband banging other women either. If he was blown away and more turned on by you then anybody else, he wouldn't even want to bang another woman. It's good you have confidence, but it has obviously put some blinders on you as well.
