You have to sign a contract for a year that is charged to your checking account monthly. $25 I think. The first one is free after you sign up but you have to cancel before a month is up. If you sign up and then cancel keep detailed notes of the time, date and person you spoke to. They tend to not have a record of your call and keep charging you.
